• ⏱️ 15-Day Window: You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

• 🛍️ Sale Items: Items bought on sale are not eligible for cash refunds. They can be exchanged for any other beautiful piece of equal or higher value.

• 🚚 Shipping Charges:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide the style isn't for you, the return shipping costs will be covered by the customer. 📦

  • Faulty/Damaged Items: If we made a mistake or the product is damaged, we pay for the return! ✅

• 💰 Refund Process: Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your account within 5-7 working days. 🏦

• 🤝 Respect Policy: We treat our customers like family! We expect the same kindness in return. Any misbehaviour or verbal abuse toward our team will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to decline service in such cases. 🙏
